1. Welcome

Welcome to RepRewind (“RepRewind,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of RepRewind.com, our website, applications, and any related services (collectively, the “Service”).

RepRewind is an educational football development platform that allows athletes to upload football film and receive constructive feedback from experienced football players and reviewers.

By creating an account, accessing the Service, uploading content, purchasing reviews, providing reviews, or otherwise using RepRewind, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Definitions

• “RepRewind” means RepRewind, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, successors, and assigns.
• “Service” means the RepRewind website, applications, software, databases, features, communications, and all related services.
• “User” means anyone who accesses or uses the Service.
• “Athlete” means any user who uploads football film or requests feedback.
• “Reviewer” means a verified football player or qualified individual approved by RepRewind to provide educational feedback.
• “Content” includes videos, football film, images, comments, reviews, messages, usernames, profile information, text, graphics, audio, and any other material uploaded or created through the Service.
• “Football Film” means any game film, practice film, highlight video, drill footage, or other football-related video uploaded to the Service.
• “Minor” means any individual under the age of eighteen (18).
• “Parent” means a parent or legal guardian authorized to act on behalf of a Minor.

3. Purpose of the Service

RepRewind exists to help football athletes improve through film analysis and educational feedback. RepRewind is not a recruiting service, scouting agency, sports agent, coaching certification organization, or college placement service. Our reviewers provide opinions based on their personal football knowledge and experience. Feedback provided through RepRewind is intended solely for educational and informational purposes.

4. No Guarantees

RepRewind makes no guarantees regarding athletic success or future opportunities. Using RepRewind does not guarantee:

• Athletic scholarships
• College recruitment
• Contact from coaches
• NCAA roster opportunities
• NIL opportunities
• Professional contracts
• Increased playing time
• Starting positions
• Athletic awards
• Performance improvements

Each athlete's development depends on numerous factors beyond RepRewind's control. Any testimonials or success stories represent individual experiences only and should not be interpreted as promises of similar results.

5. Educational Disclaimer

All reviews, comments, rankings, opinions, suggestions, and recommendations provided through RepRewind are subjective opinions. RepRewind does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or effectiveness of any review. Nothing on the Service constitutes professional coaching, medical advice, athletic training, rehabilitation advice, recruiting advice, legal advice, or financial advice. Users remain solely responsible for decisions made based on feedback received.

6. NCAA and School Independence

RepRewind is an independent private company not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with the NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA, any college or university, any athletic conference, any high school, any athletic association, or any football program. Reviewers participate in their individual capacities and do not speak on behalf of their schools, teams, employers, or athletic organizations.

7. Eligibility

To use RepRewind, you must meet the eligibility requirements outlined in this section. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that the information you provide is accurate and truthful, you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and you will use the Service only for lawful purposes. RepRewind reserves the right to deny or terminate access to any individual who does not satisfy these requirements.

8. Users 18 Years of Age or Older

Individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years old may create and maintain their own RepRewind account. Adult users are solely responsible for maintaining account security, keeping login credentials confidential, updating account information, and all activity occurring under their account.

9. Users Under 18

RepRewind is designed primarily for high school football athletes. If you are at least thirteen (13) but under eighteen (18), you may use RepRewind only with permission from your parent or legal guardian. During registration or account setup, RepRewind may collect parent or guardian contact information and send a parent or guardian notification email about the account. Parents or guardians may contact RepRewind at team@reprewind.com with questions or requests involving the minor's account.

10. Children Under 13

RepRewind is not intended for children under thirteen (13), and children under thirteen may not create or use a RepRewind account. If RepRewind learns that an account was created by or for a child under thirteen, we may suspend or delete the account and associated information. Parents who believe their child under thirteen has provided personal information to RepRewind should contact us at team@reprewind.com.

11. Parent Responsibilities

Parents or legal guardians who allow a minor to use RepRewind agree to:

• Supervise the minor's use of the Service.
• Ensure that information submitted is accurate.
• Review these Terms with the minor.
• Accept responsibility for the minor's actions while using RepRewind.
• Notify RepRewind immediately if they believe the account has been compromised.

Parents may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their child's information, subject to applicable law.

12. Coaches and Other Adults Uploading Film

Parents, coaches, trainers, schools, or other authorized individuals may upload football film on behalf of an athlete only if they have the legal authority and necessary permissions to do so. By uploading football film, the uploader represents that they have permission from the athlete or the athlete's parent or guardian (where applicable), have permission to share the footage, and do not violate any third-party rights, including copyright, privacy, publicity, or contractual obligations.

13. Creating an Account

To access certain features of RepRewind, users must create an account. During registration, users may be asked to provide full name, email address, phone number, date of birth, username, and password. If the user is a minor, additional information may be requested, including the parent or guardian's name, email address, and phone number. Users agree to keep all account information current and accurate. Providing false information may result in suspension or termination of the account.

14. Account Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Users agree to choose a secure password, not share passwords with others, notify RepRewind immediately if unauthorized access is suspected, and log out after using shared or public devices. RepRewind is not responsible for losses resulting from a user's failure to safeguard their account credentials.

15. One Account Per Person

Unless expressly authorized by RepRewind, each individual may maintain only one personal account. Users may not create multiple accounts to avoid restrictions, create accounts for fraudulent purposes, transfer accounts to another person, or buy or sell accounts. RepRewind reserves the right to merge, suspend, or delete duplicate or fraudulent accounts.

16. Verification

RepRewind may require identity verification for certain accounts or activities, including reviewer applications, payment processing, large payout requests, fraud prevention, security investigations, and compliance with applicable laws. Failure to cooperate with verification requests may result in delayed services, suspended payouts, restricted account functionality, or account termination.

17. Suspension of Accounts

RepRewind reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account if we reasonably believe that false information has been provided, the account has been compromised, the account is being used fraudulently, the user has violated these Terms, or the user poses a safety or security risk. Suspension may be temporary or permanent depending on the nature of the violation.

18. Termination by the User

Users may delete their account at any time through their account settings or by contacting team@reprewind.com. Deleting an account does not automatically remove all uploaded content if retention is required for legal, security, payment, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or regulatory compliance purposes. RepRewind will handle deletion requests in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our Privacy Policy.

19. User Content

RepRewind allows users to upload, submit, create, publish, or transmit content through the Service, including football game film, practice film, highlight videos, training videos, photos, profile pictures, comments, reviews, messages, documents, text, audio, and any other material submitted through the Service. Users remain responsible for all content they submit.

20. Ownership of User Content

RepRewind does not claim ownership of the football film or other content you upload. You retain all ownership rights that you legally possess in your content. However, by uploading content to RepRewind, you grant RepRewind the permissions described below so we can operate the Service.

21. License Granted to RepRewind

By uploading or submitting any content to RepRewind, you grant RepRewind a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to store, host, display, process, stream, copy (as necessary for backups and security), create technical reproductions necessary to operate the Service, and use thumbnails and previews within the platform. This license exists only to operate, maintain, improve, secure, and provide the Service. RepRewind will not sell your football film to third parties or use it in advertising or promotional materials without your permission.

22. Permissions to Upload

By uploading football film, you represent and warrant that you own the content or have obtained all necessary permissions to upload it, including permission from the athlete, parents or legal guardians (when applicable), coaches, schools, teams, and copyright holders if such permission is required. You are solely responsible for obtaining these permissions.

23. School and Team Film

Some football programs own or license their game footage. If you upload game film owned by a school, league, broadcaster, or third party, you represent that you have permission to do so. RepRewind is not responsible for determining ownership before content is uploaded.

24. Prohibited Content

Users may not upload content that violates copyright, violates trademark rights, violates privacy rights, contains pornography or sexually explicit material, contains child sexual abuse material, promotes violence or terrorism, encourages illegal activity, contains malware or malicious software, includes hate speech, includes discriminatory content, harasses or threatens another person, contains spam, is fraudulent or misleading, impersonates another individual, or violates applicable law. RepRewind may remove prohibited content immediately and without prior notice.

25. Review Access

Uploaded football film will only be made available to the athlete, authorized parents or guardians, authorized reviewers, and RepRewind personnel responsible for operating the Service, unless the user chooses additional sharing options. RepRewind does not publicly publish uploaded football film by default.

26. Reviewer Use of Film

Reviewers may access football film only for the purpose of providing educational feedback through RepRewind. Reviewers may not download athlete videos for personal use, redistribute videos, share videos outside RepRewind, record or reproduce athlete footage, upload athlete footage elsewhere, or contact minor athletes outside the platform without appropriate authorization. Violation of these rules may result in permanent removal from the platform.

27. Removal of Content

RepRewind reserves the right, but is not obligated, to remove content that violates these Terms, violates applicable law, is reported for copyright infringement, creates safety concerns, contains offensive material, is fraudulent, or creates legal liability for RepRewind. Content removal decisions are made at RepRewind's sole discretion.

28. Copyright Infringement

RepRewind respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content uploaded to RepRewind infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice to team@reprewind.com. The notice should include your contact information, identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the allegedly infringing content, a statement that you have a good faith belief the use is unauthorized, a statement that the information provided is accurate, and a statement made under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner. RepRewind may remove allegedly infringing material while investigating the claim.

29. Repeat Copyright Violators

RepRewind reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate users who repeatedly upload infringing content.

30. User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for the legality of uploaded content, the accuracy of uploaded content, any permissions required, any disputes regarding ownership, and any damages resulting from their uploaded content. RepRewind does not verify ownership of every uploaded football video.

31. Feedback Ownership

Reviewers retain ownership of the original written feedback they create. However, by submitting reviews through RepRewind, reviewers grant RepRewind permission to store reviews, display reviews to the athlete, retain reviews for customer support, and use anonymized feedback for platform improvements. RepRewind will not sell individual reviews without reviewer authorization.

32. Platform Improvements

RepRewind may analyze anonymized and aggregated usage data to improve the Service, including platform performance, user experience, feature development, reviewer quality, artificial intelligence tools, and analytics. RepRewind will not identify individual athletes in aggregated analytics without consent.

33. Educational Nature of Reviews

RepRewind provides educational football film analysis designed to help athletes improve their football knowledge, technique, decision-making, and overall development. Reviews represent the personal opinions and experiences of individual reviewers. Because football is subjective, different reviewers may provide different opinions regarding the same play or athlete. RepRewind does not guarantee that any recommendation or opinion is objectively correct.

34. No Professional Coaching Relationship

Receiving a review through RepRewind does not create a coach-athlete relationship, employment relationship, agency relationship, recruiting relationship, or fiduciary relationship. RepRewind reviewers are providing independent educational feedback only.

35. No Recruiting or Scholarship Guarantee

RepRewind does not guarantee college recruitment, scholarship offers, coach communication, NIL opportunities, team placement, professional opportunities, athletic awards, improved performance, playing time, or starting positions. Purchasing a review does not increase an athlete's chances of being recruited. RepRewind exists solely to help athletes improve their football skills through constructive educational feedback.

36. Reviewer Qualifications

RepRewind reviews may be provided by current collegiate athletes, former collegiate athletes, qualified football players, coaches, or other individuals approved by RepRewind. RepRewind determines reviewer eligibility at its sole discretion. Reviewer participation should not be interpreted as an endorsement by any school, university, athletic department, or athletic conference.

37. Reviewer Conduct

Reviewers are expected to maintain professionalism and provide feedback that is respectful, honest, constructive, educational, and appropriate. Reviewers may not harass athletes, bully users, use discriminatory language, solicit athletes for outside business without authorization, request inappropriate personal information, share uploaded football film outside RepRewind, or contact minor athletes outside the platform without appropriate authorization. Violation of these standards may result in suspension or permanent removal.

38. Payments

RepRewind offers paid services. Users agree to pay all applicable fees before receiving paid services. Prices are displayed before purchase. All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Price changes do not affect purchases already completed.

39. Payment Processing

Payments are securely processed through Stripe or another payment processor selected by RepRewind. RepRewind does not store complete credit card numbers on its own servers. By submitting payment information, users agree to Stripe's applicable terms and privacy practices. If a payment processor declines a payment, RepRewind is not obligated to provide the requested service.

40. Taxes

Users are responsible for any taxes, duties, or governmental charges associated with purchases unless otherwise required by law. Reviewer payouts may require submission of tax information where required by applicable law.

41. Reviewer Compensation

Approved reviewers may receive compensation for completed reviews. Compensation amounts are determined solely by RepRewind. Reviewer payments may depend upon completion of reviews, platform policies, quality standards, fraud prevention, identity verification, and compliance with applicable laws. RepRewind reserves the right to withhold or reverse payouts involving fraud, abuse, duplicate payments, policy violations, or payment processing errors.

42. Refund Policy

Because RepRewind provides digital services, refunds are generally not available once a review has been completed and delivered. However, RepRewind may issue refunds or credits at its sole discretion in situations including duplicate purchases, technical failures preventing delivery of the service, billing errors, or failure to receive the purchased review due to circumstances within RepRewind's control. Refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis. Nothing in this section limits any rights users may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

43. Chargebacks

If a user files a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving services, RepRewind reserves the right to suspend the user's account, terminate access to the Service, recover unpaid amounts where permitted by law, deny future purchases, and contest fraudulent chargebacks through the payment processor. Users are encouraged to contact RepRewind before initiating a payment dispute so that we may attempt to resolve the issue.

44. Promotional Offers

RepRewind may offer promotional pricing, discounts, referral bonuses, or promotional credits. Unless otherwise stated, promotions have no cash value, may expire, may not be combined, and may be revoked if fraud or abuse is detected. RepRewind reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time.

45. Availability of Services

RepRewind does not guarantee that a specific reviewer will be available, that reviews will be completed within a specific timeframe, or that every submitted video will receive identical turnaround times. Estimated completion times are estimates only.

46. Service Interruptions

The Service may occasionally become unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, security updates, internet outages, third-party provider failures, or events beyond RepRewind's reasonable control. RepRewind is not liable for delays caused by these interruptions.

47. Future Features

RepRewind may introduce additional services, including AI-assisted film analysis, team accounts, coach accounts, recruiting tools, video annotation, mobile applications, and premium memberships. New features may be subject to additional terms.

48. Community Standards

RepRewind is committed to providing a respectful, safe, and constructive environment for athletes, parents, reviewers, coaches, and other users. Users agree to treat all members of the RepRewind community with respect. Harassment, intimidation, discrimination, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated.

49. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to violate any applicable law or regulation, upload content that infringes another person's intellectual property rights, upload content containing malware or malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorized access to RepRewind systems or accounts, interfere with the operation or security of the Service, use bots or automated systems without our written permission, impersonate another individual or organization, create fake accounts, buy or sell or transfer accounts, circumvent security features, harass or threaten another user, use hate speech or discriminatory language, post obscene or otherwise inappropriate material, encourage violence or illegal activity, upload false or misleading information, attempt to manipulate reviews or ratings, misrepresent your athletic experience or identity, or contact minors outside the RepRewind platform without appropriate authorization. Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination.

50. Reporting Violations

Users who believe another user has violated these Terms may report the issue to team@reprewind.com. RepRewind may investigate reports at its sole discretion. Submitting knowingly false reports may itself violate these Terms.

51. Enforcement

RepRewind reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of these Terms and may remove content, issue warnings, suspend accounts, permanently terminate accounts, remove reviewer status, delay or withhold payouts, report unlawful activity to law enforcement, or cooperate with governmental investigations. RepRewind is not obligated to provide advance notice before taking enforcement action where necessary to protect the platform or its users.

52. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RepRewind disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, reliability, and uninterrupted service. RepRewind does not guarantee that the Service will always be available, will be error-free, will be secure from every cyberattack, every review will meet user expectations, or every uploaded video will be successfully processed.

53. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RepRewind, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, reviewers, licensors, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. This includes, without limitation, loss of recruiting opportunities, loss of scholarships, athletic performance, team selection decisions, coaching decisions, NIL opportunities, loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, data loss, emotional distress, or reputational harm. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RepRewind's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to RepRewind for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the event.

54. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RepRewind and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, reviewers, and partners from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, judgments, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your uploaded content, your violation of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, or your infringement of another person's rights.

55. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State in which RepRewind is organized, without regard to conflict of law principles.

56. Dispute Resolution

Before filing a lawsuit, both you and RepRewind agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting the other party. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue legal remedies as permitted by applicable law. If RepRewind later adopts a binding arbitration program, users will be notified, and updated Terms will apply only to future disputes to the extent permitted by law.

57. Changes to These Terms

RepRewind may update these Terms from time to time. When material changes are made, RepRewind will update the Effective Date and may provide notice through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

58. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

59. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and RepRewind regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements relating to the Service.
