This Privacy Policy explains how RepRewind collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects your personal information when you visit RepRewind.com, create an account, upload football film, purchase services, provide reviews, or otherwise use our website and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By using RepRewind, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Service.

2. Who This Policy Applies To

This Privacy Policy applies to all users of RepRewind, including athletes, parents and legal guardians, reviewers, coaches, visitors to our website, and anyone who creates or manages an account.

3. Information We Collect

The information we collect depends on how you use RepRewind.

A. Information You Provide

Account Information: Full name, email address, phone number, date of birth, username, and password (stored in encrypted form).

Athlete Information: Position(s) played, graduation year, height and weight, school or team, football experience, profile photo, biography, football film, highlight videos, practice videos, and training videos. Providing athletic profile information beyond basic account registration is generally optional unless required for a specific feature.

Parent or Guardian Information: If the athlete is at least thirteen (13) but under eighteen (18), we may collect parent or guardian name, email address, and phone number. This information is used to send parent or guardian account notifications, respond to parent or guardian requests, support account safety, and comply with applicable laws.

Reviewer Information: Football experience, current or former school, playing history, biography, verification documents, payment information required for payouts, and tax information where required by law.

4. Information Collected Automatically

When you use RepRewind, certain information is collected automatically, including IP address, browser type, operating system, device information, language settings, date and time of access, pages visited, features used, referral website, error logs, session information, cookie identifiers, and general location derived from your IP address. We use this information to improve website performance, maintain security, troubleshoot technical issues, and better understand how users interact with our platform.

5. Football Film and User Content

RepRewind is built around user-submitted football film. When you upload content, we may collect game film, practice film, highlight reels, training footage, images, comments, messages, reviewer feedback, video metadata, file names, and upload timestamps. You retain ownership of your football film, subject to the license granted in our Terms of Service. RepRewind uses uploaded content only as necessary to provide, maintain, improve, and secure the Service. We do not sell your football film to advertisers or unrelated third parties.

6. Payment Information

Payments made through RepRewind are processed by trusted third-party payment processors, including Stripe. RepRewind does not store your full credit card number or payment card security code on our servers. Depending on the transaction, we may receive limited payment-related information, such as payment status, transaction ID, purchase amount, billing name, billing email address, and billing ZIP or postal code. Reviewer payout information is handled securely and may include tax documentation when required by applicable law. 7. Cookies and Similar Technologies

RepRewind uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, improve website performance, measure website traffic, detect fraud, enhance security, and analyze usage trends. Cookies may be placed by RepRewind or trusted third-party providers. Most browsers allow you to control or disable cookies through browser settings. However, disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the Service.

We use PostHog as our product analytics and session replay provider. Session replay creates a recording of how you interact with RepRewind (page views, clicks, and navigation) to help us identify and fix usability issues. Text entered into form fields is masked in these recordings by default and is not captured, even for fields not specifically called out elsewhere in this policy. Analytics and session replay cookies are non-essential: they are only set after you accept them through the cookie consent banner shown on your first visit, and you may withdraw consent at any time by clearing your cookies or adjusting your browser's cookie settings, which will stop new analytics data from being collected going forward.

8. How We Use Your Information

RepRewind uses the information we collect to operate, maintain, improve, and secure the Service. We may use your information to create and manage your account, verify your identity, send parent or guardian notifications for minor users, allow reviewers to review uploaded football film, deliver purchased services, process payments and reviewer payouts, provide customer support, respond to questions or requests, send account-related notifications, send service updates and security alerts, prevent fraud and unauthorized activity, detect and investigate violations of our Terms of Service, improve our website and services, develop new features, analyze website usage and performance, comply with legal obligations, and protect the rights, safety, and security of RepRewind, our users, and the public. If we send promotional or marketing emails, you may opt out at any time using the unsubscribe instructions provided in the email.

9. When We Share Information

RepRewind does not sell your personal information. We only share information in the circumstances described below.

A. With Reviewers

When you purchase a football film review, authorized reviewers may access your uploaded football film, athletic profile information, position and graduation year (if provided), and any notes or instructions you submit with your review request. Reviewers are required to use this information solely for providing educational feedback through RepRewind.

B. With Service Providers

We may share information with trusted third-party service providers that help us operate RepRewind, including providers for payment processing (such as Stripe), cloud hosting, data storage, email delivery, customer support, website analytics, fraud prevention, and security monitoring. These providers are permitted to use personal information only as necessary to perform services for RepRewind.

C. Legal Requirements

We may disclose information when we believe doing so is necessary to comply with applicable laws, respond to valid legal requests, protect the safety of users, prevent fraud, investigate illegal activity, enforce our Terms of Service, or protect the rights or property of RepRewind.

D. Business Transfers

If RepRewind is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, investment, reorganization, or sale of assets, user information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.

10. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain user accounts, complete purchased services, resolve disputes, detect fraud, enforce our agreements, and comply with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations. These measures may include encryption of sensitive data in transit, password hashing, secure authentication procedures, access controls, firewalls, security monitoring, regular software updates, and fraud detection systems. Although we work to protect your information, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have legal rights regarding your personal information. Subject to applicable law, you may request to access your personal information, correct inaccurate information, delete certain personal information, receive a copy of your personal information, restrict certain processing activities, object to certain processing activities, or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. 13. Children's Privacy

RepRewind is designed to help football athletes age thirteen (13) and older improve through educational film review. We do not knowingly allow children under thirteen to create or use RepRewind accounts. For users who are at least thirteen but under eighteen, we may collect parent or guardian contact information and send a parent or guardian notification about the account. Parents and legal guardians may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their child's information by contacting team@reprewind.com.

14. International Users

RepRewind is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to, processed in, and stored in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country. By using the Service, you consent to these transfers where permitted by applicable law.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

RepRewind may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When material changes are made, we will update the Effective Date and may provide additional notice through the Service or by email. Your continued use of RepRewind after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.

16. SMS and Text Messaging

RepRewind offers an optional SMS text message program for verified reviewers. If you opt in from your reviewer profile by providing your mobile phone number and checking the consent box, we will send you automated text message reminders notifying you when a film-review job you have accepted is approaching its submission deadline. Opting in is optional, and your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of using RepRewind or of any purchase.

Message frequency varies based on your review activity. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message or by turning off SMS reminders in your reviewer profile; reply HELP for help, or contact us at team@reprewind.com.

We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in consent with any third parties, affiliates, or partners for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information obtained through the SMS opt-in is used solely to operate the RepRewind text messaging program and deliver the reminders you have requested. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
