Parent & Minor Policy

1. Purpose

RepRewind is committed to creating a safe, respectful, and educational environment for young athletes. Because many RepRewind users are under the age of eighteen (18), we have adopted this Parent & Minor Policy to explain how minors may use RepRewind, when parental permission is required, what information we collect, how parents may exercise their rights, and how RepRewind protects young athletes. This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. Who Is Considered a Minor?

For purposes of RepRewind:

• Minor means any user under eighteen (18) years of age.
• Parent includes a parent or legal guardian authorized to make decisions on behalf of the minor.

3. Eligibility

RepRewind is intended for football athletes age thirteen (13) and older seeking educational film review and skill development. Users who are at least thirteen (13) but under eighteen (18) may use the Service only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian. RepRewind may collect parent or guardian contact information and send a parent or guardian notification about the account.

4. Children Under 13

RepRewind is not intended for children under thirteen (13), and children under thirteen may not create or use a RepRewind account. If RepRewind learns that personal information has been collected from a child under thirteen, we may suspend or delete the account and associated information. Parents who believe this has occurred should contact team@reprewind.com immediately.

5. Information We May Collect About Minor Users

Depending on how RepRewind is used, we may collect athlete name, email address, phone number, date of birth, username, football position, graduation year, height and weight, school or team, profile photograph, football film, highlight videos, practice videos, training footage, messages submitted through the platform, reviewer feedback, and technical information such as IP address, browser type, and device information. We collect only the information reasonably necessary to operate RepRewind and provide our services.

6. Parent Information

To support and protect minor users who are at least thirteen (13) but under eighteen (18), RepRewind may collect parent or guardian name, email address, and phone number. This information may be used to send account notifications, communicate regarding the athlete's account, respond to safety concerns, comply with legal obligations, resolve account issues, and process requests involving the minor's information.

7. How We Use Minor Information

Information collected about minors may be used to create and maintain user accounts, deliver football film reviews, verify identity where appropriate, provide customer support, improve the Service, maintain platform security, prevent fraud, comply with legal requirements, and protect users and the RepRewind community. RepRewind does not sell personal information collected from minors.

8. Football Film Submitted by Minors

Football film uploaded by or on behalf of a minor is used solely to provide educational feedback through RepRewind. Uploaded videos may be viewed only by the athlete, authorized parents or guardians, authorized reviewers, and authorized RepRewind personnel. RepRewind does not publicly publish athlete film by default. Athletes retain ownership of their football film, subject to the license granted in the Terms of Service.

9. Reviewer Responsibilities

All reviewers are expected to maintain a professional and respectful environment. Reviewers may not harass athletes, bully users, request inappropriate personal information, share uploaded football film, contact minor athletes outside the RepRewind platform without authorization, or use athlete information for personal purposes. Violation of these standards may result in immediate removal from RepRewind.

10. Parent Rights

Parents and legal guardians may, subject to applicable law, request access to their child's personal information, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion of certain information, request closure of the minor's account, and withdraw previously provided consent where permitted by law. RepRewind may request reasonable verification before processing these requests. To exercise these rights, contact team@reprewind.com.

11. Account Safety

Parents are encouraged to review their child's account activity, keep login credentials secure, discuss online safety with their child, report suspicious activity immediately, and notify RepRewind if they believe an account has been compromised. RepRewind may suspend accounts to protect user safety when necessary.

12. Reporting Safety Concerns

If you believe a user, reviewer, or other individual has acted inappropriately toward a minor using RepRewind, please contact us immediately at team@reprewind.com. RepRewind will review reported concerns promptly and may take appropriate action, including removing content, suspending accounts, terminating access, or cooperating with law enforcement where required by law.

13. Data Security

RepRewind uses commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information collected from minors and their parents. Although no online system can guarantee complete security, we continually work to improve our security practices and protect our users' information.

14. Changes to This Policy

RepRewind may update this Parent & Minor Policy from time to time. When material changes are made, we will update the Effective Date and may provide additional notice through the Service. Continued use of RepRewind after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
